01. find the right resistance for you
You can adjust the resistance by turning the mouthpiece and the odem air in the opposite direction. There are six different settings. The smaller the opening, the greater the breathing resistance. Select the resistance level so that you can achieve deep, slow, relaxed and rhythmic breathing for at least 15 minutes. We recommend that you increase the resistance slowly and gradually to ensure that your breathing remains relaxed. Beginners should do their first breathing rounds sitting or lying down, as the unusually high oxygen intake can cause dizziness.

Hold the odem air relaxed between your lips. Try not to hold it with your teeth, as this can lead to tension in the jaw and increased saliva production.
03. breathe in through the nose
When breathing with odem air, you only breathe in through your nose and out through the mouthpiece. Breathe slowly and calmly through your nose into your lungs via your abdomen. This should be done in a relaxed manner and without much effort, as the main focus when breathing with odem air should be on exhaling.
04 Breathe out through the odem air
Now breathe out slowly and calmly through the odem air Breathe out until your abdomen and chest contract and you have no more air to breathe out. Then breathe in again through your nose and repeat the process.
05. regular breathing rounds
Use the odem air at least once a day for 10 - 15 minutes at a time. The best results are achieved with 2 x 15 minutes a day or more. There is no upper limit. The more often you breathe with the odem air, the better results you will achieve.
