Shipping Policy for End Customers
- A flat shipping rate of €3.00 per package applies within Germany.
- Free delivery within Germany for orders over €25.00.
- For EU countries, a flat shipping rate of €14.90 per package applies. Free delivery for orders over €100.00.
- Shipping costs to Switzerland upon request. Free delivery for orders over €200.00.
- Please inquire for deliveries outside the EU.
Separate Shipping Policy for Retailers/Bulk Orders
- Express processing: For orders placed before 11:00 a.m. and with a surcharge of €5.00 per package, the order will be shipped on the same business day.
- Within Germany, for small orders under 5 kg we charge €6.90 per package; for orders over 5 kg, a flat shipping rate of €10.50 per package applies. (Depending on the scope of your order, delivery may be split into multiple packages.)
- For EU countries, a flat shipping rate of €24.90 per package applies. (Depending on the scope of your order, delivery may be split into multiple packages.)
- Free delivery for orders over €300.00.
- Please inquire for deliveries outside the EU.

Payment

Payment Methods
Invoice: Pay easily and conveniently by invoice and transfer the invoice amount after receiving the goods. The order will be shipped on the next business day. Please transfer the invoice amount to the following account:

Advance Payment: After receiving your order, we will send you a separate advance payment invoice with all important data such as invoice number, customer number, and bank details. For this payment method, you will receive a 3% advance payment discount. Upon receipt of the invoice amount, stock items will be shipped on the next working day (at the latest 3 working days after you have made the transfer).
Cash Payment: for self pickup
PayPal: simple, fast, and secure.
SEPA Mandate: With this payment method, you receive a 2% discount on the invoice amount (except special arrangements). If you have not yet provided us with a SEPA mandate, please return the completed and signed form to us via fax or email!
