The pot and the glass insert funnel of the self-watering pot are made of high-quality, easy-care borosilicate glass. The two are connected by a viscose wick, which unites the funnel and pot by means of a stainless steel separating disk and viscose plant fleece on top. Plants planted or seeds applied for seedlings and sprouts draw as much of the water rising in the fabric as they need.
If this self-watering from the visible water reservoir is well suited for plant care on vacation, it can also provide illustrative teaching material for schools and children's gardens, as the water level and flow can be clearly seen and the growth of the respective root system can also be tracked.
The self-watering pots are optionally available with a flower of life or tree of life engraving on the bottom of the pot, as well as in Basic (without bottom image). All versions are dishwasher-safe.
All parts can be ordered individually as spare parts.
