Shipping
IIn Germany, a standard postage of € 3.00 per package applies.
From € 50.00 order value free delivery in Germany.
For EU countries a standard postage of € 8,90 per parcel applies and from € 100,00 delivery free of charge.
Delivery costs to Switzerland on request.

Special shipping arrangement for dealer/large orders
Express processing: If the order is placed before 11.00 a.m. and a surcharge of € 5.00 is paid, the order will be shipped on the same working day.
In Germany a standard postage of € 8,90 per parcel applies.
For small orders under 5 kg. we charge € 5.50 per package.
For EU countries a standard postage of € 8,90 per parcel applies.
Depending on the size of your order, the delivery can be divided into several packages.
From € 300.00 order value free delivery.

Deliveries to Switzerland are free of shipping costs from 500€. Deliveries under 500 € = shipping costs on request.
Deliveries outside the EU please ask.

For special designs or customized orders, the production and delivery time is between 2 and 6 weeks. We will coordinate the exact delivery date with you by phone or email.

Self-collection
Opening hours for self-collection or visiting our showroom:
Monday - Thursday: 9.00 - 17.00 h
Friday: 9.00 - 13.00 hrs

Payment
3 % cash in advance; 2 % discount for SEPA direct debit (only for resellers); On account pure net.

Payment methods

Invoice: Pay easily and conveniently by invoice and transfer the invoice amount after receiving the goods. The order will be shipped immediately. Please transfer the invoice amount to the following account:

Prepayment: After receiving your order we will send you a seperate prepayment invoice with all important data like invoice number, customer number and bank details. With this payment method you will receive 3% discount. After receipt of the invoice amount, stock goods will be shipped to you on the next working day (at the latest 3 working days after you have initiated the transfer).

Cash payment: at self collection

PayPal:      - simple, fast and safe.

SEPA mandate: With this payment method, you will receive a 2% discount on the invoice amount (except for special arrangements). If you have not yet provided us with a SEPA mandate, then send the completed and signed template back to us by FAX or e-mail!
