A standard postage rate of € 3.00 per parcel applies in Germany
From € 50.00 order value free delivery in Germany
For EU countries, a standard postage rate of € 24.90 per parcel and free delivery from € 100.00 applies
Delivery costs to Switzerland on request. From an order value of € 200.00 delivery is free of charge

Special shipping arrangements for retailer/large orders

Express processing: Orders placed by 11.00 a.m. and a surcharge of € 5.00 per parcel will be dispatched on the same working day
A standard postage rate of € 10.50 per parcel applies in Germany
For small orders under 5 kg. We charge € 6.90 per parcel
For EU countries, a standard postage rate of € 24.90 per parcel applies
Depending on the size of your order, the delivery can be split into several parcels
Free delivery from € 300.00 order value
Deliveries to Switzerland are free of shipping costs from € 500. Deliveries under € 500 = shipping costs on request.
Please enquire about deliveries outside the EU.
For custom-made or customer-specific orders, the production and delivery time is between 2 and 6 weeks. We will coordinate the exact delivery date with you by telephone or email.

Self collection

Opening hours for self-collection or a visit to our showroom:
Monday - Thursday: 9.00 - 17.00
Friday: 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.

Payment

3 % prepayment account; 2 % discount for SEPA direct debit (only for resellers); net on invoice.

Payment methods

Invoice: Pay simply and conveniently by invoice and transfer the invoice amount after receipt of the goods. The order will be dispatched the next working day. Please transfer the invoice amount to the following account:

Prepayment: After receiving your order, we will send you a separate prepayment invoice with all important data such as invoice number, customer number and bank details. With this payment method you will receive a 3% prepayment discount. After receipt of the invoice amount, goods in stock will be sent to you on the next working day (at the latest 3 working days after you have initiated the transfer).

Cash payment: on collection

PayPal: simple, fast and secure.

SEPA mandate: With this payment method, you receive a 2% discount on the invoice amount (except for special regulations). If you have not yet provided us with a SEPA mandate, please return the completed and signed form to us by fax or e-mail!
